Use this form during non-business hours only (before 10AM & after 3PM) to place carry-out and delivery orders. During business hours, please place your orders by calling (260) 927-2300. Note - We no longer offer residential deliveries.
We will call you within 15 minutes of receipt of your delivery order to confirm delivery time, payment method, and questions about your order. Be sure to include contact name and phone number. We can not process your order without this information.
If you are ordering non-menu items such as box lunches or need to discuss your order with our staff, please fill out the contact information, and select the "Please call me" button located under Order Type. We will call you with in a few minutes to complete your order.
Include information such as Salad Dressing choice, 'No Onion', 'Add Cheese', etc, on the Item Options/Special Requests line.
